This policy explains how Casa Fiera Treviso handles personal data when you visit casafiera.space, contact us or stay at the apartment.

What we collect and why
- Enquiries. When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we use your name, contact details and message to reply and to arrange your stay. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and performance of the contract.
- Bookings. Direct bookings are made on the Your.Rentals booking platform, which processes your booking and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive the details we need to manage your stay. Bookings made on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or Expedia are handled under those platforms’ policies.
- Guest registration. Italian law requires us to register every guest’s identity document with the Polizia di Stato (Alloggiati Web) and to report stay data for the tourist tax and official statistics. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- Email subscription. If you subscribe to new posts, WordPress.com (Automattic) stores your email address to send them. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. Legal basis: consent.
- Statistics and security. This site runs on WordPress.com. It records basic visit statistics (Jetpack Stats) and uses Akismet to filter spam comments. These services may process your IP address and browser details. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.
- Comments. If you leave a comment, we store your name, email address, comment and IP address. Gravatar may show your profile picture next to it.
Cookies
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. The site sets a language cookie (pll_language) to remember whether you chose English or Italian. WordPress.com and embedded Google Maps may set technical cookies of their own.
Embedded content and links
Some pages embed Google Maps, and Google may collect data when you view a map. Links to Your.Rentals, Airbnb, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Who we share data with
Only the service providers named above, the booking platform you used, and public authorities where the law requires it. Some providers, such as Automattic and Google, are based in the United States and protect transfers with approved safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages only as long as we need them to deal with your request, and booking records for as long as Italian tax and accounting rules require. Subscriber email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to info@casafiera.space. You also have the right to complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
